The default browser is Konqueror and I would like to install the Adobe Flash Player. Getting it on Ubuntu is very easy.... but I can't seem to figure out how to do it on Kubuntu, I've tryed everything that I would do on Ubuntu. Can somebody tell me what they did?

Re: Installing Flash on Konqueror?
The same process you used in Ubuntu will work in Kubuntu, except that you will be using different apps. The steps are the same:
1. Enable the repository. If you want Flash 9, you just need to enable the edgy-backports repository.
2. Update (sudo apt-get update or Fetch Updates in Adept)
3. Install the package flashplugin-nonfree
The only extra step you need to do here is:
4. In Konqueror, go to Settings menu -> Configure Konqueror -> Plugins and click on the Scan for new plugins.
That's it! Flash should now be installed and working in Konqueror.
Until KDE4... when it will be easy to install flash....

Re: Installing Flash on Konqueror?
Open Adept
Goto File>Manage Repositories
The ones that are disabled will be grayed out. Right click on the ones you want to use (in this case edgy-backports) and select Enable. On the bottom click on Apply, then Close.
Click on Fetch Updates and wait for it to complete.
In the search box at the top type 'flash'. Find the package you want to install flashplayer-nonfree, right click and select "Request Install".
Apply Changes
When it is done you should have the flash plugin installed.
