How i can write dvd9 whit k3b and write to NTFS whit Linux?

Hello k3b cannot write more that 4 GB. How i can fix this? I need write DVD9. And how i can write (and delete) file in NTFS disk?

K3b installed with kubuntu should be able to burn double layer dvds out of the box provided: a) you have a dvd writer capable of burning double layer dvds, b) you actually use double layer dvds.
As for the writing to an ntfs partition, it is not recommended. The kernel allows you to read from ntfs, and there are tools which allow you to write to it, but they are not very reliable and you would probably only damage your data.
