downloading limewire in kubuntu

hi
can anyone explain how i download limewire to pc , i have just installed kubuntu after being with windows , but i aint got a clue what to do. i have got in my home folder but that is as far as it gets, i am lost from there onwards. any help would be appreciated

Make sure you have java runtime environment installed then open up a terminal and type
sudo apt-get install frostwire

You can also install imewire from their site, iirc, but frostwire is a better choice, siince its the same code as limewire, but 'free'....NO popups saying buy me, buy the pro version now! annoyances.....theres is also gnutella which may run faster since it doesnt require java.....but frostwire is still a winner and an improvement over the more commerical limewire
