Where i can find installed programs?

    Hello.
Whit "Adept Manager" i have install "no-ip" and "pure-ftpd server" programs.
But this two don't show in KDE menu. How i can find and run this programs?

I have install "nvidia settings" and "nvidia-xconfig" and "phpbb2 forum", but cannot find this location too.

    Can someone helm me?

Not all programs are GUI based. Some are command line only. pure-ftpd for example is command line based. These are simply run from the Alt-F2 or konsole.

In linux you won't find much for GUI ftp servers, as they are usually industrial-strength programs that don't need a graphical interface.

There are a few with gui's available in adept if you enable Universe/multiverse repositories:
pyftpd this is a lighter python based server, probably has the feature set you are looking for (does not need root access so is safer if sharing files)
gproftpd this is a GTK front end to proftpd
kcmpureftpd this is a kcontrol module to help set up pure-ftpd
