The Thread / Post Bookmarking MOD has been temporarily disabled as this afternoon, as it was no longer working. I suspect it's due to the installation of the Starred Posts MOD, and I've contacted the author (of Starred Posts) about it. He has agreed to look into the matter later this evening, and believes he will be able to identify the conflict (created by his MOD) and get it fixed.
