    Personal Signatures and HTML code

When we moved from SMF to vBulletin for running KFN, we opted to not allow the use of HTML code in personal signatures. Many of our members had/still have image files on file hosting sites that they linked to in their signatures. Instead of having those images displayed, the non-executed HTML code is shown.

There is an easy work-around for this. Each member has the option to create Albums in their My Profile area. You can upload the following types of file formats:

    bmp 19.5 KB 620 280
    gif 19.5 KB 620 280
    jpe 19.5 KB 620 280
    jpeg 19.5 KB 620 280
    jpg 97.7 KB - -

Upload the image file you use in your signature to created Album folder. Open that folder and open the image. You'll see two links. Copy the BBCode link and you can paste it into your signature. Viola! Your custom signature image is once again displayed for all to see.
