Hi folks, as you know, 17.04 (code-named Zesty Zapus) was released last week. That news was overshadowed by the announcement by Mark Shuttleworth's decision to abandon Unity, along with Qt, Mir, and say goodbye to the Canonical employees who were supporting those efforts.
The Kubuntu team works on, since we are entirely community-supported. Since we missed by a whisker getting updated PIM (kontact, kmail, akregator, kgpg etc..) into Zesty for release day, and we believe it is important that our users have access to this significant update, packages are now available for testers in the Kubuntu backports landing ppa.
