Hi All
KDE 4.3.1 has been released, and our fine Kubuntu friends have been nice enough to package it for Jaunty. Please keep in mind that these packages are unsupported, and really only suitable for experienced people who know their way around and how to fix the occasional mishap.
Here are the instructions for how to obtain it:
http://www.kubuntu.org/news/kde-4.3.1
I am running 4.3.1 just fine, and it actually fixed some issues I had with Akonadi (which was always complaining about migrating some resources on login). You may also want to see the previous announcement for KDE 4.3.0:

Enjoy, and remembering, if you are just warming up to Kubuntu, or need a stable system, you are much better off waiting for KDE 4.3.* in the next Kubuntu release in two months (Karmic, or 9.10).
