The destination filesystem only supports files up to 4GiB and this is what I get when trying to move a file to my flash drive! help me

You can install the exfat utilities and reformat the flash.
Install with:
Code:sudo apt-get install exfat-fuse exfat-utils

Short answer: Don't use FAT. Any other file system is fine. If you need Winblows compatibility, then use ExFAT as jglen490 suggests
