Krename "Find and Replace" window configuration way too small. Wondering if I can adjust it some how?

I use Krename fairly regularly because it's awesome. I maintain a large media library and renaming a 20-30 files or so can be a chore if I have to do them one at a time.

The problem is the "Find and Replace" dialog window is painfully small. Worse than that, it doesn't retain any adjustments so expanding it is a waste of time. I looked in the change log file and the maintainer's email address is from 2020 so I'm not too hopeful I'll get a response. I'm going to post a bug/feature request on it, but I thought maybe someone knew enough about the configuration to make an adjustment. There is a user config file at ~/.config/krename but I can't see anything in it that applies to the Find and Replace window size.

I just installed Krename 5.0.2 and it doesn't look on my computer like what you are showing. I have never had this installed before, so I don't have any experience with it.

You're in a different dialog window. Click on "Advanced Filename" and you'll see the "Find and Replace" button on the left. Then click that and you should see my complaint.

Actually, "Find and Replace" is on the Simple Filename window also - just on the far right instead of left. The results are the same

It's probably worse for me because I have 4K monitors
