    Timeshift for thos using Btrfs

I previously tried out Timeshift and decided that I didn't like it. The BIG caveat is that one MUST use Timeshift to delete existing backup snapshots BEFORE uninstalling Timeshift. If you don't then you will probably lose your system trying to unravel Timeshift from your @ and @home subvolumes. My biggest complaint about Timeshift was that it stores your backup snapshots within your root ("/") file structure, not outside of it like I like to do.

That said, and if you like the way snapper works, then you will love Timeshift. In that spirit I link an excellent demo video of Timeshift in action on a Mint system on which the user installed @ and @home subvolumes, just like Ubuntu/Kubuntu/Neon does it.
