No. Some site reorganization is all. It is cleaner to have DE (Desktop Environment) support fall within the version of Kubuntu it's running on. Cleaner for us at least. We will likely still get questions concerning KDE Plasma (or some other DE) running on either, a version of Kubuntu we aren't supporting, or another OS entirely. It does happen. But those posts will (hopefully) appear elsewhere in KFN.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
