Does anyone know of any software (that runs on Kubuntu 14.04 or 16.10) that will produce the sorts of charts that the 2 attachments show? Your help will be kindly appreciated.

LibreOffice Calc will/should do this. I believe it's installed by default.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
