[SOLVED] Is KDE Forum Inactive?

I have a small KDE - related issue with my Mint 17.3 Cinnamon live. I go to KDE-forum and it appears dead. I see a login function but no way to register. Is it down, dead, don't know what I'm doing (likely), .....?

I see both Login and Register buttons - the site is working fine here.
