I have had a problem with USB tethering. The problem is that tethering would work for about 1 minute; then the phone would lose its internet signal (it would lose the signal only when tethered to my PC). I tried various things to get it to work. None worked until I did this: I closed all applications, even the browser. Then I initiated tethering. So far, that procedure has worked every time I have tried it, and I have tried it several times each day over several different days. In other words, the internet signal goes from the phone to the PC, and it stays connected even after I launch the browser and other applications.
- Please do not use the CODE tag when pasting content that contains formatting (colored, bold, underline, italic, etc) Use the QUOTE tag instead.
The CODE tag displays all content as plain text, including the formatting tags, making it difficult to read.
