    KDE/phonon messages "polish"

    I had noticed this before and thought about posting but didn't so here is the post.

    When one tries to play, for the very first time, something like an MP3 in Amarok, one gets a message to the effect of:

    "Phonon claims it cannot play mp3....etc ".

    And then it proceeds to download the codecs etc.

    Now, long time users of Linux certainly remember the awful/cryptic remarks that one quite often saw when something(not necessarily Amarok) in Linux didn't work, and a new person had no clue. In part this was because of the shorthand way of communicating of coders, but also was concommitent in a day of very small memory for compters etc. Well things in terms of the memory available have certainly changed and so at least that reason for cryptic messages is gone.

    But, to the point:

    The simple addition of a few words;

    "phonon claimes it cannot..."

    creates a much more polished interface for the user.

    Now, whether that is from Amarok per-se or KDE or phonon, or whoever, I don't know, but kudos to whoever did it!
