The above says it all. I don't know all that I'm missing to compile the code myself, so does anyone have this already? Anybody??

You might want to check out Re: How to set up GTKRadiant over on the Ubuntu Forum. This specific post documents converting the RPM package to a .deb using alien. Probably worth a review.Windows no longer obstructs my view.

Was able to get it installed. Even though gdebi says all dependencies are met, they weren't. I needed to install "libgtkglext". After that it ran fine. Now I've got to figure out why the shaders and Nexuiz aren't there.
I wonder if I "copy" some files from the Windows install if that would work.
