if you have been using Qmplay2 you may have noted that the youtube plugin had quit working du to youtube changing things again .

I get mine from @samrog131's PPA ,,,,,,,,,,,well he has been working it seems ,,,,,,,an update came in today that fixes the problem with youtube ,,,,,,,,,,,and added vid quality choices to the search output ,,,,,,,,,nice.

Ya know........

I REALLY.........as in REALLY wanted Qmmplay to SOME HOW in our space time continuum to work.......

I wrote an article on xmms......what.......a decade ago........

qmmplay would accept the old xmms skins........

Im all about putting a player on the widescreen t.v. and impressing.........

NOBODY except myself........

But..........I deleted all of the xmms2, qmmplayer, qmmplayer2,

Banshee........UPON WHICH I CUT MY TEETH ABOUT MODIFYING MY MACHINE......one could SKIN it a decade acgo

And all of the "front ends" for "music player daemon" that are in the repos....

This is all just so .........sad..........

sometimes for valid reasons........but ofttimes........just because.....

they did not "keep up with the times"......

Welll...........mebbe............

Kubuntu "has the resources" to.......provide some small space down in the dungeons for developers who......give "a time frame to put up or shut up"........

Matilda doesn't want for much.......after all ...she has a mop and a mop bucket......

but she does like to listen to music.
