Saw a YouTube video that tested Kazam on Ubuntu 14.04,
so I checked to see if Kazam was in the repo. It was, so I installed it.
To test it I ran Minecraft 1.8 beta in full screen mode using Optifine.
It's very easy to use. Here is the interface screen:
What impressed me the most was how well the sound showed up in the mp4 video.
With PulseAudio's channel volume controls I'll be able to modulate the mic sounds and game sounds so they both are optimum.
