Running the handrake svn snaphots for a long time now with no issues... lately my conversions for my HTC Hero have been experiencing stuttering video (1 new frame every 10 seconds, with good audio).
Just finally got around to troubleshooting this, and the problem was a new feature was added: 'Weighted P-Frames" which is defaulted to "Smart" needs to be set to "Off" for my preset. Anyone else with an older handbrake-settings preset should probably try the same change if having problems.
