A newish Kubu desktop image at KDE look

I just happened to see it in "get new wallpapers"
Here is the guy's page at KDE look.
There is discussion about it being KDE logo or Kubuntu logo but the name is Kubuntu wallpaper! lol

Looks great. By the way, in my opinion Kubuntu should take some consistent approach to branding, at least in official releases. I am referring to blue KDE icon for Kickoff. Shouldn't it be gray KDE wheel as on splash screen?

I have no say-so, and am just assuming, and one knows that assuming does, but I just always assumed that it was kind of a lightish, royalish, blue of some kind.
