Yes.

I used the "Perspective tool on the KDE/Kubutu Logo on the Door to make it appear to be at the same angle as the car. I also used it on the car's front plate for the Kubuntu Logo/name. The Door portion was the cahllenge as far as the perspective tool.

I haven't played with this yet, but you might look into making a 'bump map' (I think that's the correct terminology). using two images.

Interesting. Just read up on Bump Mapping. Kind of figured that is what it was, but was still interesting reading. Quite a bit out there about that. I truthfully wouldn't know where to begin, unless GIMP has something like that. Never ran across it there though.
