[SOLVED] User permission issues. New user in Kubuntu forums

Hi, I signed up for the forums.
I have already had one issue resolved for which I could not create any comments or new topics.

There are still issues with my user.
For example, I can't adjust my profile settings.
When I enter several sections, the system returns the following error:

magic-carpet, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Yeah, the problem is (as usual)... "pagan los justos por los pecadores".
Give it a couple more posts or so, it will fix itself

You get more privileges the more you post.
This includes things like posting links and images (low post count)
and editing things like profile pics and the like need a little more time and posts, though these are not outrageous

This is somewhat standard in web forums that allow links and images, and helps eliminate the 'drive by' accounts and thier spam/porn links, and the like.

At 5 posts, you should see some things enabled already
