yes the sub-forum is working ,,,,,posting a reply is not as stated in the link in post-1 hear.
I get a blank page when hitting the "Post Quick Reply" button ,,,,,in firefox I can refresh the page and get a "duplicate post"message then get redirected to the posted mesage.
in chrome even refreshing the page dose not work with the posted error in post-4 at hear
That issue we know about. It isn't that you aren't able to post, it's that the posting doesn't return you to the page you were on afterwards. We've see this even before this current upgrade to vBulletin. I't annoying for sure, but posting still functions.
This, and possibly the other reported issues since the upgrade, are likely all due to the upgrade of PHP, not vBulletin. Open Source is looking at that. He will see about either downgrading PHP back to version 5.5 (what we were running), or to version 5.6.

Prior to this time (this upgrade), it happened to 'some' but not 'others'. It is now affecting everyone. However, there is a 'workaround' that seems to work; it did for the last reply I just made.
Type your reply and click the Preview Post button and then the Submit Reply button.
