Under item #3 the line "If you've ever tried to do this with mdadm you can appreciate just how easy btrfs really is." is double-line-spaced below the above text.
I did not do this. I even went back and edited it removing the added CRs - twice. I can remove one and it snugs up under the above paragraph when saved, but if I delete the second CR it reverts to 2 CRs and spaces it a line below the above paragraph.
Weird.
I'm using KDEneon user edition and Vivaldi browser (chromium based) if it makes a difference.
