I noticed this a while ago and since my last forum complaint generated so much good will (
<--- for Snowhog) I though I'd go ahead and post another.
When using the CODE or QUOTE tags from the toolbar, I see a stripping of the first carriage return. Examples:

One interesting thing is hen you initially add it to you post - it looks correct. AFTER you hit Submit, the initial carriage return is removed and seems to be added to the bottom of the tag block, like so:
