Random bold words & errors while posting.

Why are random words like Forum, Home, New Replies and New Posts sometimes in bold even when I don't have New Replies or anything Other times they aren't.

Also, I've had many problems in the past where any web browser I use on any OS will stop loading after clicking "Post". Using a different tab I can see that it did not post anything. Reloading the page generates a page saying "Oops! You already posted that and must've hit Back or Reload!" with a back button. It still hasn't posted anything. I click the back button underneath the message and it brings me to my un-posted question. If I click Post again, it doesn't do anything.

I think this needs to be looked into.

Almost (but not always) a cookies issue in your browser.

I think it would have to be evil cookies (I had a Windows anti-virus say my mother's computer had over "3000+ evil cookies" once haha) then because this happens on web browsers that have never been to the site before. An example would be my school's computers in which they completely reset and delete all data that's on the account when you log out.
