"PLEASE DON'T POST HERE" threads in top level sections

I think it would be good if there were some stickied notices/threads on the top level forums saying, in capital letters, not to post in the top level sections, something like what askreiger did here:
    http://kubuntuforums.net/forums/index.php?board=51.0

If (and it's a big if) people notice and read that, it would save the mods a lot of time in moving threads to their appropriate sub-sections, and would lessen the danger of crowding/cluttering the top level pages with MOVED topics. Just look the Dapper section to see what I mean. 14 moved topics.

Ok I blocked posting in the parent forums so let me know if I made any mistakes on permission settings. Thanks.

Re: "PLEASE DON'T POST HERE" threads in top level sections

The top level sections of Documentation, Misc. Linux Info, KubuntuForums Feedback, and Off-topic are still available for posting.

The top level of Announcements still has a "new poll" button.

Question: If the main/top level section of Off-topic is for anything under the sun, while the "Anything" child section is for anything about your life, shouldn't we have a more descriptive title for that sub-section? Or is the Off-topic main section really supposed to be locked?

      Thanks!
