I dont know if it possible with current CMS, however can we have last reply just like last poster link on forum index ? a small disc. of the title of post would be much better.

forum suggestion
I believe if I understand your idea correctly, the new forums will have this feature. I know I keep talking about the new forums, and I assure you they are coming, hopefully this weekend or next.
