I just did a dist upgrade to 10.04, and am (of course) having problems. But in the forum for Lucid Lynx, I only see 2 topics, and I don't see the new topic button. I only see "mark as read" and "notify". What gives?

The 10.04 Lucid Lynx (LTS) board was updated this afternoon to reflect the fact that 10.04 is out of testing. Sub-boards were added, and the previous 'General' sub-board renamed and closed to further posts. All registered members of KFN are able to access and post to these new sub-boards. All are able to access (but not post/reply/modify) the Pre-Release Testing (formerly General) sub-board.
If you experience problems with these sub-boards, please notify any of the KFN Moderators.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
