Add to Welcome notice

Your excellent posts - SEARCH BEFORE POSTING and Please Read Before Posting
should be referenced and hyper-linked in the Welcome All KFN Guests and Members
post. Most new members will read this welcome, but, I don't think many (if not most)
ever navigate to the Announcements sub-section to see these.

My suggestion for site improvement.

I agree that anything we can do to get people to read those before posting would be good. I think it would definitely help those of us who are trying to be helpful if new posters would take the time to do a search on their problem before posting. And more emphasis should be put on stating the subject of a post. "I need help" just doesn't get it.
