The post view of forum is kinda different from others.. The new reply/ appear at the top while the older posts appear at the bottom .. Which seems pretty confusing at once.. WHy don't you guys reverse the order for better view

Also please add a good theme ..which should be attractive and pleasing

You can choose how posts are ordered. I have newest posts at the top, as you are wanting.

Under your avitar, click on Personal CP | Look and Layout Preferences and check the Show most recent personal message at top.
