Attachments not working

Hi

Whatever I do, when trying to attach a 25kb PNG screenshot to help someone in the forum out, I get this

Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

Please consult your server administrator for more information

Any ideas ? I have attached png's in past with no problems
