    kubuntuforums.net front page not updating!

    I have noticed that for a longer period now the KDE dot net news section has not changed. The bottom line says that Nokia aquires Trolltech, and while that is quite important news to us beneficiaries of the trolls it is getting to be old news!

    I don't think it is necessary for the front page to hold all these external news, wouldn't it be better to showcase some more of the activity on our forum? How about fronting the 3 most posted threads for the last 2 days or something like that?

      One should also check their cache settings for the browser they are using. Additionally, if you are running behind a firewall, you may be dealing with a 'web server cache' that doesn't update as often as you would like.

              OS picks them.

                  I believe so. OS (Open Source - our host for this Forum).

                    I select which forums to draw from and then it automatically posts the most recent posts from those forums to the front page.
