Localization teams. Working with KDE team?

Hi! I'm a member of kde.ru (russian translation team). I like Kubuntu, but I've found differences between KDE ru translation in Kubuntu and in other distros. Translation in Kubuntu is older and not so full.
I've spoken with other members of russian KDE localization team, they think it would be much better to work together.
