I thought that I would start a new thread about Gstreamer as I have cleared out my previous download and started again.
I now have the .deb Gstreamer package on my Desktop. When I try and run DPKG on it I get the output below:

Trying to find the package libc6 2.3.6-6 on the net I am coming up with a blank (this the first package the error message says is missing). Can someone point me in the right direction?
