Re: mouse internet navigation buttons
What "navigation buttons"? What type of mouse are you using?
You could try looking under K Menu > System Settings > Keyboard & Mouse > Mouse. (Although I didn't see anything in there about turning the scrolling on or off, just a setting for number of lines.)
If you're using some kind of special mouse, you might be able to find something if you google the brand name + Ubuntu, also.

Re: mouse internet navigation buttons
This is because Konqueror doesn't have those features. Install Firefox and the middle mouse scrolling will work, and to enable mouse button navigation you have to edit xorg.conf to be able to make use of those buttons in the first place. Edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf with root priveladges (sudo kate /etc/X11/xorg.conf) and the second "Input Device" section should be the mouse. Change the Driver from "mouse" to "evdev", then press CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE to restart Xorg(this'll log you out) and the extra mouse buttons should work.

Re: mouse internet navigation buttons
asher: Are you talking about how in Internet Explorer you can scroll up and down the page if holding down the middle mouse button? If so, I just wanted to clarify that for everyone troubleshooting this issue. I'll be looking into it for you...
