How do i can adjust those fonts in there? Its bottom panel window list.

1. Font face/size = Systemsettings>Appearance>Fonts
2. Color = Systemsettings>Appearance>Colors
(However, the tasklist fonts don't have their own setting, so you'll have to test which color choice affects them...and it can be tricky to find a good setting which works on a dark panel and the rest of the system, unless you use a dark style as well)
3. The effects = There are three type of styles for the tasklist, available by right-clicking on panel>Configure Panel>Task List> Appearance
