20.04 --- High CPU usage by Dolphin during copy/paste if filename is the same

    Operating System: Kubuntu 20.04
    KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.90
    KDE Frameworks Version: 5.66.0
    Qt Version: 5.12.5
    Kernel Version: 5.4.0-12-generic
    OS Type: 64-bit
Processor: 1 × Intel Core Processor (Broadwell, no TSX, IBRS)
    Memory: 3.8 GiB of RAM

    Open Dolphin (Version 19.12.2).
Right-click on a file and choose Copy.
Right-click on an empty space in the same pane and choose Paste one file.
A window appears titled "File Already Exists".
CPU usage rises to 100% and stays there until a new name is suggested and the Continue button is clicked after which CPU usage returns to normal.

During the high CPU usage, the circle in Plasma panel rotates actively and the progress(bar (?) slider is quite active as well.

    Edit:
    • The most intensive CPU usage at the time is by plasmashell.
    • The high CPU usage happens even after quitting latte-dock.
