KDE snaps may not uninstall cleanly

According to this answer, KDE snaps don't uninstall cleanly. The .desktop file is left behind in /var/lib/snapd/desktop/applications and ghost icon appears in menus.

In this particular case, the snap was okular.

Someone responded and pointed to a fix coming in snapd 2.37+. And it doesn't appear that KDE snaps are particularly guilty.
