In Konqueror, for some reason, kde-look.org and kde-apps.org both give me error messages, but they don't seem to be doing so for anyone else I've asked. The exact message for kde-look is this:
An error occurred while loading http://www.kde-look.org/:
Timeout on server
Connection was to www.kde-look.org at port 80
Substitute "apps" for "look" to get the other one. And since I go braindead whenever someone mentions the word "network", I can't even begin to guess what's causing this, much less how to remedy it. I haven't run across the error on any other websites, and clearing my cache seems to do nothing. Firefox behaves similarly, but it keeps looking for a much longer time before giving up. Is there anyone here who thinks they know which direction I could find the solution in?
