    [PLASMA 5] Twitter client

Is there any good twitter client for KDE?

All plasmoids are old and not work on latest plasma. Universal Linux twitter apps are also a very old and they just not are great on KDE desktop, and also they are too basic.

So if somebody knows some good Twitter client with support of pictures and fast way to share them to Twitter (for dolphin a addon "send to twitter" example), please reply

Don't know if it is any good or not because I don't have accounts on the social media websites to try it out on, but there is this offering:
    https://www.linux-apps.com/p/1171376/
and a deb package is here:
    https://github.com/ammarik/Plasmoid_...leases/tag/1.0

Here is Dirrek Diener's opinion on the matter:

      Thanks Grey,

These "best for *anything" articles on the web dosnt really show best, they are just list of applications what can do something what the writer want them to do

Like your link shows, they are not best for Linux, they are best for ubuntu/gnome

The first plasmoid is something what i really like but like i say, all what i was seeing (include that) are too basic, they not support pics sends.

But thanks anyways! and lets hope that somebody can find these useful.

        Twitter client

Generally, because Kubuntu is built upon Ubuntu, apps which run on Ubuntu run equally well on Kubuntu, and, Kubuntu 18.04 has the latest stable Plasma, so installing that twitter deb package should present no problems. As far as being able to send pics with your twitter posts ... I don't know because like I said, I don't have a Twitter account (or FB or YT or Gab, or Google...)
