KDE Frameworks 5.116 should have been release last Saturday (Schedules/Frameworks).

Maybe Kubuntu hasn't complied (or whatever) into the distro yet? -
I think this has nothing to do directly with Kubuntu - it simply has not been released yet by KDE (https://kde.org/announcements/).

Still no official announcement about Frameworks 5.116 from KDE…
I don't know why I had not looked there yet, but seemingly it is being prepared for Kubuntu 24.04 LTS (Backports PPA?) and 24.10 by the Kubuntu team:

I think you meant: where is Frameworks 6.2 in KDE neon and TUXEDO OS 3… Probably any day now.
