    Linux Design Program?

Hi all. Is there a good 3d design program for Linux similar to Google's Sketchup? Or maybe even something better than that? I'm needing something to design out small woodworking projects.

It is possible to get Google Sketchup working in Linux. See here: https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManag...sion&iId=33102

However, the easiest way to install it would probably be to first install PlayOnLinux from the repository. Once installed click on the Install button in PlayOnLinux, choose the Accessories button and you will see Google Sketchup as one of the available installers. PlayOnLinux takes care of all the intricacies of Wine prefixes, etc and makes it quite easy to install some less than co-operative Windows apps.
