[DESKTOP] What is this app called

A while back I installed a new desktop background, with it came a new desktop app (see attached screenshot) I circled the app I'm talking about the best I could. I have a medical condition that causes my hands to shake and jerk, somehow the other day, my hand jerked the mouse, and I managed to completely close plasma. There was nothing but the background. Most desktop keyboard shortcuts don't work on my computer, so I was forced to do a "default desktop", which erased all my add-on's, including this app. I want it back, but I don't know how to search for it since I don't know what it's called. I know this is kind of a silly question, but I'm sure most of you understand. Thanks so much for your help.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to say that I tried re-installing the desktop background but it didn't add that app back. I know it came with the background, because I did nothing else that day as far as customization.

This your Desktop Layout. The image is showing Search and Launch Layout. Right click the desktop and configure or hold ALT press D then S and release the ALT.
From this menu, should it reads "unlock widgets", then press it.

Otherwise, note the drop down menu will read; Layout:Search and Launch

Other options are Desktop (clear of icons), Folder View (display icons), and Newspaper (column views).

    Hope that answers the question.

You've highlighted all the icons on that desktop, do you mean the desktop itself you want back? The desktop is called plasma-netbook and if its installed you should be able to select it system settings (I think).

It's actually the "Search and Launch" section of the "Plasma-netbook" suite. But, thanks for the reply.
