kubuntu 12.04.3 won't shutdown properly

I need your help here.
After a long peaceful time using kubuntu 12.04 in asus A43T laptop, I had an error that annoying me.
My kubuntu won't shutdown properly. I must push the power button to force it down.
Have tried the ubuntu forum to fix this problem by adding acpi=force in grub configuration and including shutdown -P now in terminal.
Did anyone in her can help me to solve the problem?
