Slow GB mirror

Is anyone experiencing real slow downloads from the ubuntu GB mirror?
I have switched to main server and things are flying

Yes, I have noticed GB slow down.
I just assumed it was due to the new release "overloading" it a bit.
Might have a look at changing server later, I hadn't even thought about that!

Using Muon software center to find fastest mirror is a cool function of Muon,
Not sure I would have ever found it without the link though.

Thanks to all for info and links.
I think slow speed is partly caused by heavy downloads but I had never known it to be as slow as the GB mirror has been of late. My kub box is wired and not wireless so knew it was not that. I have found the main mirror is not always upto speed but put that down to load. I downloaded the crunch bang iso as a test and maintained full speed through out. The fastest mirror tip looks like worth a try.
