if anyone has not actually seen the screensaver work, here is a thread by DYK on how to install it from source, a step by step and some images.
It has multiple tweaks to setup number and kind of fishies, their swim speed, etc. also some underwater dinguses like a rock and a sunken greek forum, all tres kewl and what I always wanted "Atlantis" to be.
The only other screensave that came anywhere near as good as this was a "fishtank" screensaver that the fellow who did RevLinux and Klikit had ported to Linux.
