    Kubuntu Mobile

    Hi,
I tried searching the forums but couldn't find an answer to this question.
I'm wondering whether there are any discussion groups for Kubuntu mobile. In particular putting it on cell phones. I know the project is not officially supported but there must be some discussion about the project somewhere. It is really a fascinating project in my opinion. If it can come to fruition I will be very very happy.
So if anyone can help me with any information I would be very grateful.

I believe that Ubuntu (Gnome) has such a project going.

      Wasn't it discontinued?
This is what is indicated on the Ubuntu Mobile Wikipedia entry.

        Re: Kubuntu Mobile

I think the discussion may mostly be on irc (#kubuntu-mobile) and perhaps a mailing list, the mobile iso image is only installable on i386 or arm hardware (nokia n900 and the like) so far, so I can't try and convince my wife to let me install it on her Samsung smartphone

That new Android phone that ATT has (Atrix) runs a version of ubuntu when connected to its "laptop" dock... obviously this limited application isn't what you are looking for, but it is an indication as to what is possible...
