Hi folks,
Did the following stupid thing: at the installation of the new Kubuntu 10.10, I accidentally clicked "Install" when the usage was for the entire disk.
The install process began and I immediately switched off the computer, still I had three partitions that I cannot find any more: a Windows one, a root partition for the former Kubuntu version and (most importantly), my home partition with all my files and folders.
I suspect those were not erased, rather the information about the partitions was lost somehow.
The million dollar question is: how to reverse this process?
Any hint is greatly appreciated...
Adrian
